Injury Setting which best reflects real life?

Hard to say for sure. I would tend to say somewhere in the 225-250 range.

If you want realistic career stats, you need at least 200. Otherwise you end up with a league of mutant men with viagara-like longevity. I'm not sure how the latest patch update to injuries affects that.
