Starting TCY for 1st time in a while
Hi all, I am starting TCY for the first time in a while. I remember there were team and city and bowl edits to do to make the game more realistic. Does anyone have a list of those? Also where can I find the utility that allows you to make time management a more time efficient process. Thank you for help.
