2008 file redone with some changes

I am not going to say this is the definitive work and obviously is based on subjective criteria....

All I did was take the current 2008 file and make some adjustments for players (probably about 80-100 changes FYI)---

For reference and by order of position here are the 7 8 and 9 rated players
