Need help with Vista crashing during Solevision..

Hea fellas. Ive spent about 6 hours today trying to get the game running on a new laptop running Vista. I seem to have gotten the game to load, even though it says it has errors. If I ignore the errors it looks like the game and all its windows are available to me. Pretty weird. Problem is I go to Solevision and it crashes the game within 10 seconds. Does anyone have a fix yet for the Solevision crash?

2nd problem. I used to be able to access my desktop remotely (using gotomypc, logmein, etc) to do my FOFL gameplans and exports. Problem is once you close the game and try to re-open it remotely it says the game cannot be accessed remotely. So basically that means I can leave the game open on my desktop and do 1 gameplan and export while I am away. After that I am basically out of luck since it wont allow me to re-open the game while I am remoted in. Anyone with any help would be greatly appreciated. I have combed all the forums so I will probably need help from someone who has been through this themselves. Thanks guys.

Recap
1. Solevision crashing with Vista.
2. Workaround for closing and re-opening the game via remote access.

Remote access is probably an eLicense thing.

When you say "it has errors" when you load the game on Vista, exactly what are those errors?
