Fog of War-TCY-Very, Very Hard-Impossible
I tried a year of fog of war with USC and did not get a single ranked recruit. This is impossible, class ranked dead last. Recruiting is not my thing, can't even recruit California is the house rule.

I suck at TCY and BBCF. Can't even get a top 100 class with USC in TCY in fog of war. |
