Hi Guys

Help needed ....again ...thanks in anticipation.

1.When do you sign your staff to new contracts if you want to retain them ?

2.Im mystified about "Training Camp" times to learn passing,defence etc etc.Im just leaving it as it is .What should I be doing?Is there a idea/thread about this?I have looked but cant find one.

3.What does nOOb stand for?

1. first stage of offseason. you cant sign them until they are out of contract.

2. i always leave as is also. dont know about thread for it. if you read descriprions it tell you what they do, and if you need improvment in an area increase time for it.

3. Noob is a person new to something, short for Newbie. your a Noob at FoF if you dont know what stage to sign coaches is at
