voided contracts question
does anyone know if i void a contract and that player becomes a free agent, will that player not want to resign with his former club. Like when you cut someone.
I'm pretty sure he will negotiate with his former team, but would like confirmation on this. basically my situation is i'm trying to fix an AI blunder in a mp league. A new owner took over a team right after the off season in which the AI offered a 14 yr guard a 3yr 70mil contract and it's almost all bonus. and this is in a 2011 season, not 2025, crazy stuff. I'm hoping an easy fix is to void the deal, and let give that team exclusive rights to sign his player back at a normal contract

No problems with commish voided deals...the player will re-sign with his team.
