Spreadsheet for Cohesion

I'm currently working on a very crude spreadsheet (using OpenOffice) to try and calculate my current cohesion (using total Years On Team for each group) as well as have a quick at-a-glance look at all the info that comes when you print the roster screen to a text file, then cut and paste it into the spreadsheet.

Problem is, I suck at spreadsheeting. It's pretty caveman right now, and since the text output from the game isn't really formatted into position groups or anything it's not as useful as I had hoped. Does anyone have something like this? Any SS gurus that can whip one up for community usage?
