Most seasons you've played?

I'm in my 78th season. I think I started this game about a year and a half ago starting with the historical files beginning in 1966. I'm in 2044. I know there's another thread around here somewhere, but I'm too lazy to look it up now.

for the record 28, once i got out of the historical draft classes i lost interest & then i joined an MP league, so SP just didnt have enough immersion for me.

I had a REALLY long FOF2k4 solo career at one point. At least 80 seasons. Also some hella-long FOF2001 ones. Sadly they were a few hard drive crashes ago. Right now I think im only like 20-25 into my oldest solo one.

I've never played more than 3 seasons in a SP league.

For FOF2004 and 2007 (combined) my record has to be 18 seasons. Which is in MP. Seperated, it has to be 10 seasons. Single player I bet I never got past the 10 either in either.

I to did the historical roster SP. I started in 1960 and i think i am at 2002 but i have not played it in a few months and all i did was sim to get the stats and records. So 42 years

I mostly play solo and have played around 50-60 as my longest (before starting over again). This probably doesn't count, but i did sim 100 seasons one time before actually calling the shots for my team, so i probably "played" around 110 for that one.

I always play solo and I think my longest game was on FOF2k4 or something and went out 60ish years. Typically I go out 40ish years.

I played some pretty long FOF2001 games, 40-50 years. The last few games I just haven't been able to keep a career going past about 10.

On that note, if you like multiplayer and want to do a lot of seasons, check out the FOWL, where you're never more than 2 weeks away from a new season!

I'm going to try to get 100 seasons done. It's taking a while, however.

Edit--also, over half of the teams don't even sell out half of their stadiums in 2044. Guess that recession is modeled correctly in FOF!

I played over 130 seasons in one career on FOF2. Yeah. Don't play singleplayer anymore though; that was when I was 13.

I've played over 100 seasons before and hit in the 80ish range a few times. I'm a quick simmer, though. I usually set my offensive and defensive strategies the first season and never touch them again and also sim 4-5 weeks at a time before stopping to make playing time adjustments and checking stats. I love creating a history as much as, if not more than, playing an actual season.
