Talent Level Drop Mainly QB

Gents,

I just started playing this game again and have noticed something that I don't remember being a problem before.

The talent level at QB has dropped off significantly. My single player league has not produced a rookie QB over 65 potential ever. Did a pick a setting incorrectly?

I remember before, I would jump from team to team based on their QB.

How far in are you? I think 65+ guys probably come along at an average rate of a little under 1 per season, but I could be off on this.

The starting talent for fictional leagues at QB is always pretty abysmal, but you probably know that.
