Historical Draft Question

I have the historical draft database. The files are in .fdt format. The game is seeking files in a .faf format. How do I convert these for the game to recognize?

In the zip file the first folder has all the roster files, and a second zip file, which contains all of the draft (.faf) files.

I see the Conscriptor thread...how do I get the players from the game into the conscriptor?
