Anyone who odered CM from Gameplay

How long did it take to get CM after you recieved your email saying that it had been shipped? Also how was it sent, through regular mail, fedx, ups?

I got my confirmation email a week and a half ago. I thought for sure I would have had it by now. I guess I am just being impatient!
