Player Tracker solution...

Now that the .exe is in a different directory than the actual league files; does anyone have work around for getting player tracker to work?

You should be able to copy the exe to the roaming folder where all files are kept. You won't use the exe to play the game, but you can point the utility to the exe in that folder, and it should work fine.
