eLicense support
I purchased FOF2007 shortly after its release in late 2006. I lost my first license when my previous computer suffered a burned out motherboard. A few days ago I wiped my computer, I stupidly assumed my eLicense for FOF2007 and OOTPX (still have one installation on OOTPX available) would be on my flash drive, they aren't. I had the order ID's written down somewhere but have misplaced that info.
I've filled out two support forms, containing all the info eLicense asks for in this situation at 6PM EST Thursday and again at 8PM Friday. I received two form emails referencing #'s I should include in the subject of my replies. I replied to each. I have received no human reply to either. I've often heard others on this and other FOF forums talk about their wonderful support. "I contacted them and 15 minutes later ...." Any ideas? |

Thanks, Bear. I actually tried that a couple hours ago. I got their business hours. My first contact was sent an hour after closing Thursday, but they did have all day Friday. I dunno, maybe I've become a little too accustomed to 24 hr support.
