QBs hidden avoid interception rating

Does anyone have a rough scale of this? Reason I ask is I've recently drafted a QB who had a 44 solecismic score and has intelligence of 20. I was thinking his avoid int rating would be in the 70s/80s?

Another part of why I'm asking is I was expecting him to be in Greta's most careful QB's list prior to week 2 but he wasn't there - I'm therefore assuming the avoid int rating improves with time and experience in the same way as the other bars?

The bar won't max out until the players overall rating does, its one of the last ones to max. I would have thought 85 would be a reasonable estimate once he is maxed, although quite often guys who should be on Greta's list don't make it and vica versa.
