so i've signed Marc Vaughan...
i'm still playing CM4(!), and have signed Marc to my conference team (he was with Hereford, and they went bankrupt). he fits my current defender model as a player (focus on determination, work rate, teamwork, aggression, strength; hard tackling, closing down), and can play the left back in a pinch, but it's his non-playing side i like (20s in judging players and coaching youngsters).
so: how do i take maximum advantage of this experienced player/coach? ![]()

I'd suggest that I'm best suited to a role on the subs bench, at no point let me near the pitch

Quote:
you've captained the reserves to 2nd place through 13 matches (6.50 rating). you're also coaching the U19s and i've come trust your 20-20 player judgment over my assman and other coach...
