What effect does their play calling ability have on the game?

Does a higher rating for their play calling ability translate to a more effective ability to spot trends in my game play and then adjust their schemes accordingly?

If the game takes any play calling into consideration, it's the play calling of the HC, not of the OC and/or DC.
