Double Team

Hi,
I want to try double teaming the oppositions best reciever and covering their
2nd best with my "shut-down" CB.
[Assuming their F is their besr WR.]
Is the way to try this to move my best CB to RCB;
Orient CB by side of forrnation;
Set double team strong side receiver very high and weeak side reciever very low?
Has anyone tried this?
How did it work?

I've tried many a time to double team a top WR...and there's a lot of throws that were 'away from double coverage', even though I had it set to 100% double of the top WR.

I'd love more info as to how to do this effectively
