I'm planning on seeing if Tank Carter can get a weekend pass.

Each year we play in the Super Bowl I buy myself a new Steelers jersey and have started buying one for my kid too. So in the last couple years I got the Roethlisberger throwback and a Polamalu black jersey. This year, I think I'll pick up either a Mendenhall or a Bettis throwback. The wife has put the kabash on getting the kid a Roethlisberger, so it looks like he'll be going Polamalu.

Steelers Nation, here's looking at #7 leading us to #7!

I teach high school outside of Chicago and to cheer up my students today, we are starting class with a quick listen to "Here We Go Steelers" and "Black and Yellow" by Wiz Khalifa. It's a good day to be a Steelers fan, plus all the Bears fans here are anti-Packer so I've got lots of new converts hopping onto the bus for the next two weeks.

It has to be getting expensive. Too bad you're not a Niners or Bengals fan cause you could have spent the Jersey money on other things.

If we lose, at least Anthony Smith will get a ring. Tis a shame that he is hurt and won't be providing safety help on Mike Wallace.

Anthony Smith is like Ty Carter Jr.

I wondering if he has a brother with any pending legal proceedings?

What does that even mean? The Niners have won 5 Super Bowls

I think that means lately. Because you know, the 49ers last Super Bowl was 17 years ago or something like that, so he wouldn't be spending money on jerseys for the last 17 years.

heh-

I forgot to make mention, but I was in class last semester with Anthony Smith's future sister in law. She was a cool chick, and I couldn't figure out the appropriate way to ask if she's ever asked Anthony if he has nightmares of getting torched by Moss.

dola-

The story could start something like this-

`Man, we got a great chance,' '' Anthony Smith recalls telling his brother

I should have used the Cowboys instead, because they haven't been in the Super Bowl this millenia either.

Or Dolphins.

Or Broncos.

So I was thinking, we need to sign Ty Carter for the Super Bowl so that Tank can watch his brother play from prison.

They just took a decade of to let the Steelers catch up to their 8 from XXX.

BTW who did they beat in that game....
