Newbie Question: Custom Logos etc.

Newbie here thinking about purchasing this game.
I would like to create a fictional league with fictional teams.
How hard is it to import logos, team names, custom colors etc.?
Is there a place that has custom logos for this game?
How customizable is this game?

Oh yeah, I run Windows 7....will it work?

Any info would be much appreciated.

Very easy to create and modify logos, cities etc.

Here's a thread with a couple of logos I did - Fictional Roster - Front Office Football Central

For other fictional logos you can download the logos from the multiplayer leagues found here on the board. Some of them are brilliant.
