Super Bowl Food Thread

Alright, so I enjoyed this thread last year and am looking for ideas for my own food to have, so post it up! What food / recipes are you planning for the super bowl this year?

Our tradition is to cook something from last year's winner and for the two competing teams this year. So right now I'm planning:

Jambalaya for the Saints
Brats for the Packers
and, I'm a Steelers fan, so I'm still debating either:
a- Primanti Bros. sandwiches again (a HUGE hit the last two times)
or
b- Pierogies

So we'll see...

Figured you would be making a Roethlisburger for your Steelers food. A burger laced with roofies...

Primanti's took the Roethlisberger off the menu cause it kept jamming itself down the throats of unsuspecting customers.

I have a great recipe for a vegetarian chili. I also have one for veggie tacos, if you are in the mood for an asian flavor tofu stir fry

Me and my buddies are celebrating this year, 'cuz we finally convinced my one buddy to STOP cooking the bacon explosion for Super Bowl. That shit is nasty. Might just be him though, he can't cook hot wings either, but was so excited about cooking Super Bowl food that he's somehow installed himself as the traditional Super Bowl cook, and nobody has the heart to tell him that he's horrible.

Anybody else getting set up for bad Super Bowl food?

I made some vegetarian chili last year -- well it was a chili recipe that called for sausage, but I used some vegetarian sausage-like things. It was a hit with everyone except lurker, so I probably won't do it again.
