What to do with this guy?

Ok, he's my most recent youth pull, and probably my best to date. But what do I do with him?

Vaughn Moore (11112842)
18 years, passable form, healthy

A controversial person who is temperamental and honest.
Has disastrous experience and poor leadership abilities.

Nationality: USA
Assessed value: 11 000 US$
Wage: 540 US$/week
Owner: Isla Vista Vandals
Warnings: 0

Stamina: weak Goaltending: disastrous
Playmaking: weak Passing: poor
Winger: weak Defending: weak
Scoring: weak Set Pieces: poor

He's not a clown, and not really good enough at any one thing to be worth much...think I could sell him? I don't really want to fire him (I don't know why)...what would you do with him?

I must just have an emotional attachment to my first youth pull with any rating better than poor

I would fire him, unless he can upgrade your team. I pulled a passable defender today, but he was better than the guy starting so he gets the nod

Send him to the concession stand ASAP. If yours isn't hiring, mine is for the Cup crowd coming on Wednesday.

Well he is weak across the board, so no matter what your training he could bump to inadequate. That could be about the level of your back-ups. I would keep him around.

Just fire him. He's not going to be able to help your team out and you can buy a guy with "inadequate" ratings for $3,000-$15,000.

If you don't have a deep team, you could keep him around as a jack of all trades to stick in on the B-Team in case of an injury.
