Ok thanks to help from a lot of people, I have completed the official seedings and groupings for FOFC Cup III. I am going to post the seedings first then the groups below it. Within the next couple of days, I should be able to post the schedules and explain why a couple of things were done to attempt to get balance as best as possible.
Also a webpage with everything here will be available to look at. It is going to look very nice.
