MLB Daily

For you that have a Kindle, for $2.99 a month they have MLB Daily. Really nice for the price!

Amazon.com: MLB.com Daily: Kindle Store: MLB.com

Does not seem to support the iPad...that is a big shame. Hope they get to that soon.

Isn't that what the MLB at Bat app is for?

No, MLB at-bat is for in-game action. This is a daily newspaper.

But how is that any different than the News section on at-bat? Plus is there anything exclusive to MLB Daily that you can't access via the MLB website? I understand the draw for eReaders but don't see the draw for full browser devices.

Isn't there a Kindle App you can download for the iPad? Couldn't just then purchase it through that?

I like having everything concentrated into one piece. I typically use items like these when I'm eating alone (something I do often, especially for lunch). I use the Sporting News Daily app quite a bit; surely I could get all of those items if I searched the web. But, with a standalone daily newspaper, I don't have to go searching all over the place; that's counterproductive.

I use the iPad as an e-reader; my Kindle app gets a lot of activity. This would be great for me, especially since it's downloadable...not every place out there has WiFi.

I have the Kindle app; this daily does not support the iPad right now, for whatever reason.
