Playoff hockey has piqued my interest in ehm2007 which i purchased long ago and have finally decided to play again. Problem is, is that its not taking my order number telling me its not good. Everywhere I look i get passed off to sega customer service and the damn thing wants me to register and crap. Anyone know how to bypass this procedure and contact si directly? I am probably missing something thats out in the open.....

Have you tried finding an answer on TBL? If they can't provide an answer, I am sure they know someone who can. On a side note, did you buy a disc copy of the game, or just a download? SI games is kinda hard to get a hold of for the EHM games at this point.

They never made a disc available for this game..Just download...

I'm not sure SI is who you should be dealing with. It sounds like your problem is with the e-store you purchased the game through. That would be eLicense for the PC and eSellerate or somthing like that for Mac. That would be where I would start.

Thanks...Marc V already contacted me about this and let Marc D know....I should be hearing shortly.

Things like this is the reason SI is one of two companies that will always have me as a customer for pretty much anything they sell.......
