The few have won! A blog is forthcoming. Help create a title.

I have had some emails from friends and families they want a blog outlining where I eat and what I eat. I think some of them want to have some ammo for me when I have my first heart attack.

I travel all over the world and I always make it a point to try a place that has been suggested by one of our attendees or some of the locals we talk to. We are looking for that hidden gem that they do not want us to know about. It's where the locals go to stay away from us normally.

So far, I have the following that have popped up...once I get enough to create a poll, I will create one.

1. Lunching with the Locals
2. Eating where the Locals do
3. Left at Lunch
4. Grub the Roadwarrior
5. Cantina Locale

Help me with the votes and our throw your suggestions into the ring here.

Just so you know. The basis for the blog, I ask locals where the best places there are that is off the beaten path. We want quality food, that the locals would rather be at than the one down the street that all of us would normally be at.

I may start a few spots out this week.

I am going to be heading to the Detroit Area this week. So I think we might have some interesting places to visit.

Naming a blog is like naming a band: make sure it's easy to remember, non-ambiguos speling, and easy to abbreviate.

If a potential name doesn't fit those criteria, stay away no matter how clever it is.

The Greasy Spoon is the name I like and I will probably be going with....

I have sent an email to the gentleman that owns the domain right now to see if he is going to do anything with it or willing to part with it...if not, I will probably end up buying it with the dashes....the-greasy-spoon.com

I will let you all know what route I go...Blog should be up and running this week.
