Best MP running back performance ever?
Preist Holmes is one of the better backs in GEFL. He played one of the average teams on defense and had one of the games i have never seen before.
25 rushes 379 yards 83 long 3 tds 12 1st down runs 10 runs of 10+ yards not to mention he had 4 catches for 53 yards and 3 1st downs So that totals 432 yards total...in 1 game by a running back Here is the all time leaders via Ben's database http://www.goldenerafootball.com/rus...amerecords.php Here is the Box NOS at NYG: 2002 WEEK 5 BOX. That is a hell of a game!
This would make a cool sticky..."Best single performances in MP". Then whenever anyone notices an exceptional individual performance, they can add a post to this thread...it'd be a neat archive for FOFC that encompasses all the best performances in all different leagues. |

That's one of the reasons I did not like playing in a historical league. It just seemed like most players in the league were bums. So if an actual stud did come along, he could do crazy and unrealistic stuff like this.
PS Just checked and apparently the NFL record for most rushing yards in a game is 296. Record for all purpose yards is 404. Last edited by thenewchuckd : 08-11-2011 at 11:13 AM. |
