Crossfit WOD: Has anyone used these?
Welcome to CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness
I actually found it via an Android App called Workout Trainer. Anyway, I'm interested in doing the Workout of the Day (WOD), but there are a bunch for each day and don't really know which ones to do??!! Do I just pick a person who's plan seems interesting and follow them? Do all of the ones for that particular day?! Thanks!

one of my buddies at work is into this, and is trying to get me to join...he loves it...you will never be able to do more than one per day...according to him, when you are done, you will be lying in a sweaty heap on the ground.

Thanks man...
I wonder which one I should follow? I'd like to get a bit leaner and more toned...I'm not looking to get big or toss barrels over a 20-foot wall or anything like you'd see on ESPN.

I'm getting some good usage out of the 20x20 programs on the App I mentioned.
20 minutes but damn, I'm absolutely spent by the end and I'm in decent shape! My question is, for the 20x20's, how many times per week? Every day? Three on one off?
