Went hunting today, found one we really liked...till we got to the basement and saw the foundation had been repaired. Yeah, there's a potential massive headache we don't want. |

Well, if it has been repaired properly and there is no mold, it shouldn't be a problem. Better that it has been repaired (and likely has a guarantee on it) than to buy a house and then have the problem.
