FNG needs roster help.
Besides bringing my post up from 0.1 post a day I need some much needed information on to what I currently have on my roster. I've searched the web made all the newbie changes to my team like stadium enhancements, training ideas and dl the HAM program. Now I would like to get to know my team. Any suggestions besides what I'm taking in everyday by guides and such would be much appriciated. Here's my roster. What should be my next moves!

However, if you don't feel like you have a handle on the transfer market, post here about what someone would pay for some of the guys you're looking at. Don't get hosed on the market 'cause you're a newbie. You need some guy with STAMINA and PLAYMAKING. If they also have passing or defending you can play the offensive or defensive, but those skills are secondary, almost tertiary. Figure out your long-term training plans. Buy young guys who are inadequate or passable in the skill you want to train. Buy these guys cheap. Any more questions?

After just a quick glance at your roster I think you really need some stamina training....I counted only 2 guys who were at passable- You probably want your starting midfielders to all be passable in stamina.

I really am not sure yet on the worth of players on the open market. Please give so insight on these players and cost.

Well, I still consider myself a newbie at values on the transfer market, but I'll give it a shot. But first, an important point (to me): As a newbie who doesn't have a great feel for the markets (like you), I inherently distrust any player up for transfer without any bids on it. To me, this means the seller is trying to get more than market value for him, presumably from a newbie like us who doesn't know any better. So, caveat emptor. 2.
