QB dilemma -talent or cohesion?

So have a somewhat interesting QB dilemma that I'd love feedback on.

Option 1: Tom Brady (56/56, 17th year) - Has been on my team for 17 years, and with him our passing cohesion is 100, with the second highest team at only 80. He also won the League MVP with a passer rating of 103.4 last year.

Option 2: Greg Miller (63/71, 2nd year) - Picked him #1 in the draft two years ago, but he missed his entire first year with an injury, and is also currently injured. Don't want to retard his development, and he is more talented, albeit not by much.

Leaning toward just keeping Brady in there until he plays poorly, but any thoughts would be great.

Yeah, keeping Brady in can't hurt.. It looks like when Miller is ready to step in he won't have much learning to do, so either way you look to be in good shape. Keep the young guy ready but no need to throw him in until Brady gives up the ghost.
