What do you do with recruiters?

A recruiter left me a voicemail at my office job today. I figure they probably just saw me on LinkedIn and then managed to find my work number in the company directory.

Do you typically call these people back and at least hear what they have to say? Or do you just ignore them.

If I answer the phone, I tell them to send me an email with the job description and I'll get back to them when I can, since they usually call me while I'm at work. I may pass the information on to someone else, but usually, it doesn't go beyond the initial email.
