I want to play the game!!!!!
Ok I have had this game for years (07) and I had another computer bite the dust. When I lose a computer, I never have notice so I do not "de-authorize" my game. I have sent several e-mails to the licensing company asking to please undo all of my licenses. No answer. Even though the site promises one within 24 hours.
All I want to do is play my game. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks! |

As far as I know, you really only have two choices:
1. Wait for e-license to get back with you. (Some recent reports indicate that they've been slower than they used to be.) 2. Buy the game again.

Thank you
While it's not exactly what I want to hear LOL thank you. I think you are right. After I posted this I saw the other thread, I saw someone waited 10 days. It's only been 7 for me. They need to stop saying 24 hours!

Well, I guess option 3 would be to pay someone to see if you can restore the HD from the dead computer or put it in another machine if the HD isn't the problem. Then you could unlicense it.
Also, you *do* get two licenses. Were you using both of them?

Yeah- I haven't played much on my laptop lately- so I just un-licensed that one so I can play on this one.
The HD is exactly what I think is wrong with the other computer. |

I had this issue last year at Christmas and I believe the licensing company was gone for the holidays.

If you have Windows 7, it can be tricky - we'll be able to help more if you detail exactly what error messages it produces, or what happens when you click on the icon. I can't get it to run in Win7 period, although I know it's possible. I haven't tried lately because I got it to run on a virtual machine running XP and I'm good with that. |

I am running on windows 7 in admin mode with XP SP3 compatibility. If you are on Vista you need to do the same thing.
