What's this mean?
From my "Latest Events":
"A newly bought player got a really bad start when he arrived in the club. The team spirit fell when he initially turned out not to get along very well with the other ones. " The player in question: Víctor Javier Requejo Pages (1737347) 36 years, solid form, healthy A pleasant guy who is balanced and dishonest. Has excellent experience and weak leadership abilities. Nationality: México Assessed value: 3 000 US$ Wage: 636 US$/week including 20% Bonus Owner: Drunken Crusaders Warnings: 0 Stamina: excellent Goaltending: disastrous Playmaking: poor Passing: disastrous Winger: wretched Defending: passable Scoring: weak Set Pieces: wretched Career Goals: 5 Career Hattricks: 0 League goals this season: 0 Cup goals this season: 0 What? The rest of my squad doesn't like him because he's dishonest or something? My team spirit is now "Composed." Honestly, I don't remember what it was before... |

Any time you buy a player or sell a popular one, there is a chance your team spirit will suffer. I think it is intended to be a mechanism to discourage huge constant turnover. I would not be too worried about it.
