Question Should I PIC?

I just switched coaches so the TS is at content right now. The team I am playing has yet to score a goal in league play and seems pretty bad. So if I PIC it will I still get a pretty dominating win?

Here's my last game ratings

McGees
Player rating and Team formation
Midfield: poor
Right Side Defence: solid
Central Defence: passable
Left Side Defence: passable
Right Side Attack: weak
Central Attack: weak
Left Side Attack: weak

Here is their last game ratings

Athletes
Player rating and Team formation
Midfield: disastrous
Right Side Defence: inadequate
Central Defence: weak
Left Side Defence: weak
Right Side Attack: poor
Central Attack: inadequate
Left Side Attack: weak

I would PICem. How is your opponent next week?

Next week I play the 7th place team who have yet to score a goal either.

Here is the next week opponent's rating.

Atletic Colby
Player rating and Team formation
Midfield: disastrous
Right Side Defence: weak
Central Defence: weak
Left Side Defence: weak
Right Side Attack: weak
Central Attack: weak
Left Side Attack: weak

I figure I will PIC them as well since I then play the #5, and #2 teams respectively in the two weeks following.

Yeah, PIC these next 2, to set yourself up for the #5 and #2 teams. Also, if I had an easy match after the #2, I would play the #5 normal, MOTS the #2, then PIC the match after that to get your TS back up.

I think PIC is safe as long as both of you play the same teams as those ratings come from.

Playing it Cool. It increases team spirit but it causes your team to play at a more reserved level.

OK, new PIC scenario, except the opposite way.

I play the top team in my league next week. Here are the ratings from this week's games

Us:
Frankfort United

Midfield: poor
Right Side Defence: inadequate
Central Defence: inadequate
Left Side Defence: inadequate
Right Side Attack: passable
Central Attack: inadequate
Left Side Attack: passable

Them:

dbob

Midfield: inadequate
Right Side Defence: weak
Central Defence: passable
Left Side Defence: passable
Right Side Attack: inadequate
Central Attack: passable
Left Side Attack: passable

Beyond that gulf, my best midfielder is out with two yellows, my second best midfielder is "bruised but training", and one of my defenders is out a week. This doesn't feel winable to me; is it worthwhile to just throw in the towel and get the TS boost, or should I go for it nonetheless?

Figure I'll just bump this up. I'm playing the 7th place team in my series on Sunday and they have yet to score a goal this season. I was thinking I would probably be safe PICing, but my TS is good enough so I think I might just play normally to make sure I get the win. What's everyone else's opinion?

Here's my ratings from last week while PICing the game.

McGees
Player rating and Team formation
Midfield: poor
Right Side Defence: excellent
Central Defence: solid
Left Side Defence: passable
Right Side Attack: weak
Central Attack: weak
Left Side Attack: weak

Here's the other team's ratings from last week
Atletic Colby
Player rating and Team formation
Midfield: wretched
Right Side Defence: weak
Central Defence: weak
Left Side Defence: weak
Right Side Attack: weak
Central Attack: weak
Left Side Attack: inadequate
