Extreme newbie questionsx 2012
I've been here for a few yeaars now so I may as well try this out (FOF07 that is)
Where do I start? What's the best place to find the software for cheap? And what leagues are available around? I saw some other threads and forums but they are years old and dorment. Time for my own dynasty mwuahaha |

If we all tried to get the game cheap, then Jim would probably stop making the game for us. Maybe here is not the right place to try to ask how to rip Jim off

ha not asking that. Just don't know where to get it or if there are multiple places to get it like steam amazon, etc and where the cheapest place to get it is. Being frugal is not ripping people off so :P

While I've been around these parts I have never played this particular game and was looking to get into it and just wanted advice is all. But I could just as easily not bother and not pay "Jim" money for the game. WOuld that be considered ripping "jim" off too? To not buy it? |

Nope it wouldn't, if you don't buy it, you wouldn't be ripping Jim off, unless of course you steal it, but I don't think you'd do that so check the Main forum

These days every MP league has a new opening or two at the start of the new off-season. As negative as it sounds, for new players that's a great opportunity to jump into a league with a lot of devoted players and get a look at what others do with their teams.

Definitely, lots of teams with openings. This is independent software, though, and it's not sold through anywhere but directly from the Solecismic website listed above. Gosh, I probably spelled that wrong.
A lot of leagues have openings, so it is a good idea to check the Matchmaking thread already linked to. Ha! I didn't say anything useful here - but just know that there's a strong community with lots of enthusiastic players willing to help out a new guy, any time. ![]() |
