OT: Website Down

So my website's down and the guy who physically has possession of the server is in Florida for two weeks.

Someone tell me I'm not screwed.

Do you have a real company doing the webhosting, or just some guy running a webserver in his basement connected to his DSL line?

Do you have a backup of the website in your posession?

Are you the registered owner of the website with network solutions?

I could tell you how to get it back up in a 2-4 days or so....
