phpBB spam blocker?
I have a phpBB forum setup and I'm already starting to get spam. The base website is a WordPress site, but I have my phpBB forum linked to that and that is where the spam is appearing.
I know I can go in, delete, and block the user, but I'm wondering if there's a more permanent solution either through WordPress or phpBB itself to have this automatically handled. Obviously tons of spam blockers show up as Add-on's for WordPress, but I doubt these pertain to the phpBB forum itself.

What version of phpBB are you using? I've had a lot of success using the Photo Visual Confirmation add-in for phpBB. I also manually confirm new accounts that get created.

I'm not sure which version but I installed it all back in July, so it's pretty recent.
How do I put add-ons in? I just changed the setting so that I have to approve new members, but I'd rather not have to do that as it may get bulky with 150 students.
