Rest In Peace - Chris Economaki (1920-2012)

Between HS football on Friday and college football on Saturday, I hadn't heard about this until today. There are legends in many journalistic genres, not sure that there are any who were more universally revered by those that followed in their footsteps. More than an icon, more like a founding father of his craft, a master who was pretty much the standard for every serious motorsports journalist.

NASCAR - Chris Economaki, dead at 91, was and will always be the greatest motorsports journalist - ESPN
