Mortgage Calculator

Does anybody have any insight on a website that will give me a ROUGH estimate of what size mortgage I could possibly qualify for based on my income? I've found a few, but they all want to factor in local property taxes and homeowner's insurance...I don't really necessarily want to get that deep into figuring it out at this point...I just want to know a broad general range.

Sent you a PM. I have a program through the bank but would need more details than I could ask you to share publicly.

In case you don't have a solution yet, this page has a ton of cool calculators:

Cool - thanks Marmel.

Ron's actually a bank manager and is going to run some numbers on their internal calculator for me tomorrow, but I'll check out the State Farm page too.

That State Farm page is great. I've bookmarked it for the future. I wish I had known about it when I was buying and again when I was re-financing my place.

Also bookmarked as we are looking to buy in the next year, roughly (we've been saying that for 5 years, tho)
