Looking for a way to make a virtual library

For my school, we're trying to create a virtual library of some of the common/fair usage novels we teach. I like using WordPress, but didn't see an actual plug-in for this sort of thing specifically.

I'm sort of picturing an iPad sort of look with the scrolling white bookshelf. I'm sure I could try and design something in flash, but I imagine there might be options out there I'm just not thinking of...
