Move CPU Franchise to another city in SP

Is there a way to move a CPU Franchise to another city in the off-season?

Like, I'm playing a SP league that the Raiders are really bad, and surprisingly, their support is really low. I would love to move them back to Los Angeles, but I don't control them and don't wanna control... Is there a way to do it?

Well, if all you care about is your own jollies (and that seems likely here), you could rename the city of Oakland to read "Los Angeles" and give them an abbreviation like LAS.
