It's new in FOF7. Jim mentioned in the Q&A that he wanted some feedback on Red Flag players. I'm guessing that this is your notification that a Red Flag player is causing problems.

I didn't realize you got this for a player outside of your team. Pretty cool. He's a NT with 0 sacks, 0 hurries and 0 tackles in that game and he is definitely the starter.
