Ruskies looking for some week 6 advice

My team has somehow become the team everyone wants to beat in my league, even though I'm in 2nd place and not 1st. Could be because the 4-5-1 frustrates the hell out of people, I don't know.

Anyway, after last weeks tie against 1st place team and league favorite Ammish Commando's, we get a fast rising team in the Groton Sundays FC coming to Siberia this week.

He run's a 3-4-3, lucky for me, because the 4-5-1 seems to be VERY effective against it. He typically runs it with everyone set to normal and the Right side Wingback as his extra midfielder and left side winger as the extra forward.

This is a very important match for the Ruskies, probably as much so as last weeks match agaist our series leader. So (finally) my question is, How would you run a 4-5-1 against this guy?

I'd go after where the wingback is missing with an offensive winger and an offensive IM. He has kept the same formation for all league games since 4/14, but you never know if he'll switch it up (mine did this past week), so be sure not to shoot yourself in the foot trying to take advantage of him.

Yeah, thats what worries me, he stated in the Ammish Commando's guestbook that he was posting on his federations page looking for tactics to use against me.
