Pretty much summarizes the general view around here, I think.

Maybe because I have been around the game but where is the steep learning curve?

My 15 y.o. son seems to have figured it out over the last couple of days with minimal guidance.

Didn't realize we were playing the role of a text sim inside a text sim. I thought we were GM's. It's like Inception all over again.

I like the score, it is nice.. I feel like the only thing keeping it from being a 9/10 is the graphical interface right now. Nice to see some people who haven't heard of the game commenting on the review as well. I went ahead and added my 2 cents as well though. I am not sure the review really gives people a true idea of how good this game is.

Having played Football Manager series for the past 10+ years and also played FOF2007 believe FOF7 is an improvement and in the amount of detail it does come close to FM but the GUI is really holding it back tremendously, specially from a marketing stand point. I think users/customers just look at the screenshots and are detracted from it. If this game had a GUI of OOTP or FM it would be on the same level as those. Still a great game nonetheless! Good work!
