Hello,

I believe I was the first windows 7 user to express my frustration with the game not launching.

I have done both of the advanced fixes suggested by OttoGott and installed the msvcr71.dll file.

They are now installed. But I then tried to "start" the LicCtrl service and it times out. Windows cannot it start it.

I'm so about done. Jim, I'm sorry, you are brilliant but you have made a deal with the devil with Viatech.
