Secondary Skillset

I'm not very confident when drafting players for the secondary. What's really confusing me is how to view their abilities on different Pass Coverage formations.

I let my coordinators call all plays. Which means I'm playing a mixture of man, zone, B&R. So what should I look for on these three bars. If I'm looking for a starting corner, surely he will (ideally) need to be good at all three techniques. But is that realistic.

Especially for corners I guess the 40 dash is especially important. But what about the other rating bars; which of those tend to be more important in relation to other bars. For example, is diagnosis most important when playing zone?

With other positions I get a better feel for my teams strengths and weaknesses. Such as on the D-line knowing I need to upgrade against the run.

But in the secondary I'm neither sure what I'm looking for in terms of current performance, nor what I need to do to improve it, above simply getting better quality players.

Any thoughts generally about assessing players in the secondary would be much appreciated.
