Coachs draft question.
How has everyone handle this with there converted league? Without it being too time consuming for the commish?

CCFL and IHOF have used the in-game preferences and they've worked fine. People have reported getting the kinds of coaches they wanted, and the lack of hassle is great. FWIW, I'm probably going to advocate for just using the in-game preferences for all the leagues in which I participate.

I had a bit different experience with ccfl staff draft. Cmputer retained my crappy head coach, despite setting hire at 100 and shifting preferences to emphasize what he was weak at. We drafted 11th, but got nobody new. Funny thing was the offensive coordinator would have made a much better head coach according to my preferences, but the computer did not promote him to head coach, something I would have definitely done if conducting the draft manually.
