The Historic Football League (HFL) just finished. The HFL web site is here:

We've been running a historical simulation with real NFL players since the 1970 season, there's a rich history and a long tradition in the league.

Yes 3ric does an amazing job. This league is very noob-friendly. All experienced owners are willing to help anyway they can.

Above teams are available. League is using the new FOF7 game and moving forward. Currently in the 2005 season. We are at the end of round 1 in the draft.

This is a long standing league with a great commish, whos NEVER late. Some people didnt want to get new game so they left, we need some new blood.

I write this to announce the final export of the HFL - as we're arrived in the current year the upcoming season is no longer a historical event, it's the future as it will happen. That's why I see this update as a way to tell you the league has served its purpose, and we've arrived at the goal we set upon the start of the league, to simulate the history of the NFL. For 46 seasons we've gone through highs and lows, but it has never been a dull moment.
It's been a journey with a lot of happy memories, and with a lot of participants, some for a long time, some for only a brief period. Thanks to all of you for being part of this league! Take care, and good luck in what ever you decide to take part in, I hope it will be as rewarding for you as this has been for me.
