Has anyone seen this bug before?

There appears to be a glitch happening that has probably cost me a game early in the season in the WOOF. My team summary is here so you can take a look at the players in question: WOOF Provo Spiders 2015.

In each of the last three games, my starting QB Moore plays the first quarter pretty well, then bows out and the backup comes in. I've checked my settings very closely, and his QB replacement is set to 9, so he shouldn't be coming out. He's injured with turf toe, but the game says he can play with little reduction in ratings and no reinjury risk. There hasn't been an injury notification in any of these weeks, and it has always happened right at the end of the first quarter. I'm a little concerned I'm stuck in preseason logic, and he'll keep getting pulled out. There doesn't appear to be anything I can do to change this.

Even though we won big this week, I shouldn't have to play one quarter with the 81 overall QB and then be forced to have the backup come in for the remainder of the game. At first I was willing to be charitable and say it must have been a dice roll, but three times in a row doesn't seem like a coincidence anymore. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I emailed the Solecismic customer support email, but I figured checking here couldn't hurt either.

Not a bug. Working as designed evidently. He has turf toe and that's how it has worked since at least FOF2K4. Turn up the setting that controls how frequently injured players play and that might help.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll leave this here for others who, like me, didn't know how this worked. What injury setting is sufficient to leave a guy like this in the game?

I've never teased out the exact injury setting. Over the years, I've found little reason not to use 90 or above for that number, so there it stays for me.

That's what I do, too, although there is a small risk. I once had a player suffer a knee injury. The game kept him on the field, following my injury settings, and he reaggravated the injury and missed a bunch of time. It should rarely ever happen, though.

Yep, 98 for me for years.
